2. Our milk powders are made from fresh New Zealand milk which has been standardised, pasteurised, evaporated and spray dried for reliability of quality.
3. With superb custom made equipment we ensure the uniformity and consistency of all our product categories, from processing through to packaging.
Complying with pharmaceutical and GMP standards, our products are automatized manufacturing in clean workshop and enclosed environment. The different materials and operations are segregated to reducing operators contact. Facilities are total airproofed with no dust in air conditioning plant. Also, the gravity flow vertical processing ensures products with no reflux and cross continuation.
Pharmaceutical standards in production
All material, on acceptance will be labelled with a unique product storage number (GIN). All production records clearly indicate the GIN number, which is traceable from the batch number printed on our products and also from the QR code. Before releasing the products, all information is cross checked to our ERP system by quality assurance staff. We use “Black Box System” to ensure our product quality and to track any issues generated in the production process and supply chain.

2. Clear job description and responsibility, lined by work order or batch documents.
3. Monitoring system: installation of cameras at critical areas, live monitoring of temperature and humidity and other critical factors.
